Hen do in Mallorca, the calm version: ideas with yoga
Mallorca is well known for hen dos and bachelorette parties, mostly for long nights. Many groups also want moments when everyone slows down and the bride is truly celebrated. Here are ideas for a hen do that combines both, and how a private yoga session fits in.
What makes a relaxed hen do?
A good plan has rhythm: something together during the day, time to breathe, then the evening. If every hour is planned, everyone is tired by day two. Plan one fixed activity per day and keep the rest open.
Ideas for calm activities
- A long breakfast at the finca or villa, no alarm clock.
- A picnic in a cove or in the garden of your accommodation.
- An evening on a boat in the harbour if you love the water.
- Watching the sunset together before dinner.
- A private yoga session as a calm start to the day or a break between two activities.
How does hen do yoga work?
I come to you with yoga mats and everything we need: at your finca, villa, hotel or on a yacht moored in the harbour. I plan the session around your group, whether you all practise yoga or it is your first time on the mat. I teach groups of up to 15 people in English and German, mixed if your group comes from different countries.
The bride is at the centre without anyone having to perform. For many groups this is the moment they remember most fondly.
As a surprise for the bride
You can also book the session as a surprise. Mention in your enquiry that it is a surprise and I will arrange everything with you only.
