These Booking Terms apply to private yoga classes and events provided by Private Yoga Mallorca, Antonia Marie Schönegge.
1. Booking & Payment
Enquiries made through the website, by email or via WhatsApp are non-binding.
Once the date, location, number of participants, duration and price have been agreed, you will receive a personal payment link. Your booking becomes confirmed and binding once payment has been successfully completed.
By completing the payment, you agree to these Booking Terms.
2. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies:
• More than 7 days before the scheduled class: 100% refund • Between 72 hours and 7 days before the scheduled class: 50% refund • Less than 72 hours before the scheduled class or in case of a no-show: no refund
The booking may be transferred to another person or group free of charge by prior arrangement.
Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
3. Weather & Outdoor Yoga
Many of our yoga classes take place outdoors. If weather conditions make the planned class unsuitable, we will first try to find an appropriate indoor alternative or arrange a new date.
If neither the class nor a reasonable rescheduling option is possible, the amount already paid will be refunded.
Light cloud, wind or normal seasonal weather conditions are generally not considered grounds for cancellation as long as the class can be held safely and reasonably.
4. Late Arrival
Please be ready at the agreed location at the scheduled starting time.
If the class starts late due to participants arriving late, the class may be shortened accordingly in order to accommodate subsequent appointments. The agreed price remains unchanged.
5. Health & Participation
Participation is within each participant's own physical abilities and limits.
Please inform me before the class of any relevant injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or other circumstances that may be important for safe participation.
Participants are always free to skip or modify an exercise. If you are unsure whether yoga is appropriate for you due to a medical condition, please seek medical advice before participating.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy.
6. Cancellation by Private Yoga Mallorca
If I need to cancel a class due to illness, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between rescheduling the class or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
Any additional rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Liability
Private Yoga Mallorca is liable in accordance with applicable law and holds professional liability insurance. Insurer and geographic coverage are listed in the legal notice.
Participants are responsible for respecting their own physical limits and should only follow instructions and perform exercises to the extent that they feel safe and appropriate.
Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
